To create the lighting effect I use photoshop. Its under the 'filter' option- 'render'- 'lighting effect'.
In the 'lighting effect' dialog box there's an option called 'light type'.. inside there .. there are quite a number of choice for lighting. All you need to do after that.. just explore and try it on ...
